There has been a resurgence in this neighborhood in the last few years. “Cocowalk” is a mixed-use office and retail venue worth checking out. Coconut Grove offers single family homes and condos in all sorts of shapes, sizes, and as you get to know the Grove – quirkiness! You’ll find some pretty spectacular newer condos here, such as Grove at Grandy Bay and Park Grove which were architected by some of today’s masters. You’ll also find an extremely wild array of single family homes here. This is a family friendly neighborhood, and is close to most of the best private schools Miami has to offer. If you want to spend a few hours checking out some great homes, grab a bike and venture south along Main Highway. Get lost on the streets on both sides of it. The Kampong is worth a stop as well.
